Member Login Instructions for the New PIAA Website

 

The newly redesigned PIAA website, www.piaa.us, has an enhanced individualized login feature that allows all board members, employees, and authorized representatives of PIAA member companies access to personalized member services and information. Create an online account to register for meetings and workshops, access enhanced content for members only, and utilize the restructured online store and shopping cart system. The setup is one-time, quick, and easy.  Simply follow the steps below. 


Step 1

Click the "login/register" button located at the top right of any of the website pages.  Read the second paragraph (under the “To Register” heading) and click where instructed to register to use the site. 

Step 2

Enter and submit the requested information so the system can verify that you are in our database.

Step 3

If you are currently in our database your record will appear.  Please verify your information and select your record.  Then follow the “In the Database” steps below.

OR

If you are not currently in our database you will be prompted to submit your contact information. Please follow the “not in the database” steps below.


In the Database

Step 4

You will be asked to provide an e-mail address. Your confirmation and a system generated password will be sent to this address.

Step 5

Go to www.piaa.us and login with your e-mail address (username) and system generated password (we strongly recommend that you copy and paste the system generated password to avoid errors). Next, click on “View My Account.”  If you receive the “Welcome to PIAA Online” message, simply click on “View My Account” again.  Select the “Change Password” option.  Here you can change the system generated password to something you prefer.  Please note the password requirements.


Not in the Database

Step 4

After submitting your contact information you will receive an e-mail prompting you to complete your account setup. Click the link provided in the body of the e-mail.

Step 5

You will be directed to a page where you will enter your e-mail address (username) and create a password.  Once completed, you will be able to login to the site.  However, please allow 48-72 hours for the Association to verify your membership status and give you access to members-only content.

Please Note: As a result of the re-construction of the PIAA website, any login information (i.e. account manager, shopping cart, or members only) that was used prior to July 6, 2009 (launch date of the new PIAA website) is no longer valid. Please see instructions above to login and create a new username and password.
